Four workshops will be taught by Peyton to help handlers and their dogs develop their agility skills:
February 4, 9am: Commitment
In this 2 hour workshop we'll be working on building and proofing commitment! We'll work through a few drills to teach commitment and then test that commitment in sequences. We'll only be working on jumps and tunnels, but dogs should be able to sequence. Limited to 4 dogs.
February 4, 11am: Novice Sequencing
In this 2 hour workshop we'll be working on novice coursework and working all those young dog skills! We’ll work through a course and discuss handling options and the skills needed. These skills will apply for the novice level in any venue. We'll only be sequencing jumps and tunnels, but dogs should be able to perform short sequences. Only front sides of jumps will be used. Limited to 4 dogs.
