This weekend of short workshops with Peyton Green will cover a variety of topics for a range of dog and handler skill levels. All workshops are limited to 4 working spots with unlimited auditing.

About the event

Four workshops will be taught by Peyton to help handlers and their dogs develop their agility skills:

February 4, 9am: Commitment

In this 2 hour workshop we'll be working on building and proofing commitment! We'll work through a few drills to teach commitment and then test that commitment in sequences. We'll only be working on jumps and tunnels, but dogs should be able to sequence. Limited to 4 dogs.

February 4, 11am: Novice Sequencing

In this 2 hour workshop we'll be working on novice coursework and working all those young dog skills! We’ll work through a course and discuss handling options and the skills needed. These skills will apply for the novice level in any venue. We'll only be sequencing jumps and tunnels, but dogs should be able to perform short sequences. Only front sides of jumps will be used. Limited to 4 dogs.

February 4, 1pm: International Coursework

In this 2 hour workshop we'll be working on international coursework! We’ll test and grow our international skills and discuss some of the common challenges currently being seen in ISC and UKI. This’ll be a great opportunity to run a fast and challenging international course. This workshop is open to dogs running master type courses and able to perform all obstacles. Limited to 4 dogs.

February 4, 3pm: Focus & Engagement 

In this 2 hour workshop we'll be working on focus & engagement for agility! You'll learn how to train your dog to focus on you and to choose you over distractions. Our goal is to create a dog that always opts in to training instead of you having to beg them to work for you! Limited to 4 dogs.
