MEET THE INSTRUCTORS
Peyton Green
Agility Instructor
Peyton has been training dogs from a young age and has a passion for learning that is insatiable. Her experience includes learning from some of the top level agility instructors from across the world.

Peyton is preparing to move overseas and is currently not taking on new group class students.

Sarah Forde
Agility Instructor
Sarah has been helping humans and their dogs work together and communicate clearly for over 10 years. Her background and first several years of training focused primarily on reactivity, manners, tricks, and behavior modification, but she now also loves working on sport specific training for fun and competition.
Her training philosophy is that training is a team effort and should be fun for both dog and handler in order to be as effective as possible. She shares her life with three border collies (Quest, Arrow, and Squid) and a senior terrier mix (Taffy), but has worked with hundreds of dogs from all breed groups. She currently competes in agility (AKC, UKI, USDAA), rally obedience, competition obedience, and barn hunt.

Sydney Ryan
Agility Instructor
Sydney has been competing in agility since she was a kid. What started as a fun hobby has become a life-long passion for her. She started with a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who taught her important lessons about patience and perseverance. When she was 16, she started running her mom's Border Collie, Sly, who showed her the competitive side of agility. Both dogs had numerous podiums in various organizations and Sly even went on to win Masters Challenge Biathlon at Cynosport with Sydney in 2015.

Once Sydney headed off to college, she started teaching agility at an agility club near my campus. She got her Border Collie, Ego, who has taken her on the most incredible journey. They traveled coast to coast together before finally settling down in Portland, OR. She taught classes for CAT (Columbia Agility Team) before taking a hiatus to focus on traveling and competing with her own dogs. Since then, she's welcomed two other Border Collies into the family, Ego's son Entitled, and a female Border Collie named Exquisite who was rehomed to her in 2025.

Sydney believes in finding what motivates each dog and helping them reach their full potential. Whether it's training to attend World Team Tryouts or preparing for a novice run, she wants to help cultivate a positive relationship around agility for dogs and their handlers.
